The Space Elevator Reference: Are Clean Technonology Corporation's NanoSphere Chains Useful for a Space ELevator?

Climbers ascend a ribbon, 100,000 km long, strung between an anchor on Earth and a counterweight in space. Connecting Earth and space in a way never before possible, the space elevator will enable us to inexpensively and completely expand our society into space.

This site will serve as a reference tool for those interested in exchanging ideas on the scientific, engineering, economic and policy challenges inherent in constructing the solar system's first space elevator.

Are Clean Technonology Corporation's NanoSphere Chains Useful for a Space ELevator?

Recently Tom Strictland of the Clean Technologies Corporation called me and left a message basically saying that their solid Carbon NanoSphere Chains might be useful for the Space Elevator. Not being an expert on nanomaterial I'll leave it up to the experts to comment on this. Some information on their Carbon NanoSphere Chains is available online.
